Compatibility, activation timing, and network performance depend on your device, destination, and the partner operator. Review package details before purchase and installation.

4. Refunds and Support

Refund handling depends on the order status, package usage state, and our support review. Contact support as soon as possible if activation or installation fails.

5. Service Availability

We may update, improve, or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, fraud prevention, or partner-network constraints.
